When a cow eats wheat, I don’t think the gluten can get into the cow’s milk or meat. I think it would be safe, as long as you aren’t lactose intolerant. I’m a Celiac and I have trouble with cow’s milk and cheese. I can eat goat cheese without any problems.
Both my best friend and myself have celiac disease. I can drive milk with no issues. On the other hand she can’t. But she blames it to a larger diary allergy. She uses almond milk I know

It is technically considered safe. I have run across a few extra sensitive people who think it may be a problem for them.
